The playing members of the Committee vote on three awards for performances during a season:

Terry Earp Trophy: Awarded to the best young player in senior cricket that season

John Stubbs Cup: Awarded to the most improved player playing senior over the season

Pete Shale Award: Awarded to the junior player it's felt has developed best in senior cricket.
