Each day we will be reviewing one of the teams prior to the Jim Clarke Memorial Tournament on Sunday 29th August.

The team

Mark Dixon is the Director of The Rubix Rebels team and his son and Sunday XI Captain Dan will skipper the side. They are joined by Earlswood Legend, Steve Smittler Smith and Premier player Elliot Weir.

Mark Dixon - Director
Known for winning a round-the-world trip and wanting to go somewhere else.

Dan Dixon - Captain
Known for his express running between the wickets, love of doughnuts and being the best junior called Dan Dixon the club has ever had.

James Guest

Momin Hussain
All aboard the Sheldon Express! Only takes wickets in sets of four.

Jacob Rock
Known for being the most raucous chap in the bar on a Saturday after a game.

Steve Smith
Known for boring horny middle- aged women to death by explaining the LBW laws from start to finish …

Tash Smitten
Known for being the second-best Smitten cricketer although is catching Linda quickly.

James Thorne
Known for being the only non-student living in Selly Oak. Wearer of an XXXL helmet … “it’s all in proportion ladies”.

Elliot Weir
Known for his wide brimmed hat, flat bat antics and ability to bow-dry a whole outfield in ten minutes.

Holly Whitfield
Known for requiring a professional photographer, hair-stylist and make-up artist for the pre-season player pictures.
