Congratulations to our Anthony Collins Solicitors' players of the match from the previous weekend's senior games.

25th June

The WCL 1s had two standout performances in their win over Fillongley this week as Gary Maynard took 5-55 to go with 24 with the bat and Sardara Narotra took 3-11 to go with his free-flowing 59. Both have been in great form recently and are huge contributors to the team’s recent good run.

Similarly in the WCL 2s, Sam Weir and Momin Hussain were inseparable in the running for the award, picking up 4-19 and 4-18 respectively in the side’s winning draw against Handsworth 2s. Excellent bowling from both the lads as we have become accustomed to throughout the year.

The CHL 1s had a very tough day in defeat against Mickleton. Paul Fitzgerald and Mick Weir fared the best with the bat and Seb Caldicott was the pick of the bowlers. Tash Smitten also kept very tidily in the defeat and impressed greatly.

Oscar Henrick shone for the CHL 2s in their 59-run win over Kenilworth Wardens. Oscar scored 65 with the bat and followed up with 2-31 with the ball in a great display with bat and ball.

In a very tough day for the WCL 3s, Will Bicknell continued his good form on the season with a quick-fire 34. Will’s return to cricket this year has been excellent to see and we hope his good form continues.

26th June

Dan Empson shone for the Sunday 1s as he took 3-16 as well as scoring 45 off 46 balls. The end of school cricket and exams is sure to be a great thing for Earlswood as it means Dan can be more regularly available and show his class as he did today. Well done Empo!

Whilst the ladies scorecard is not on play cricket, it is worth noting that a fantastic team performance saw them comfortably beat Old Elizabethans by 5 wickets with many overs to spare. A great win for the ladies which included 3 wickets for Lottie Pettigrew.
